Wendy's May Soon Debut This Long-Awaited Frosty in the U.S.
Wendy's may finally bring this rare treat to America after a short run in Canada last year.
Following an unauthenticated business document posted on Reddit, the long-awaited Strawberry Frosty will arrive in the U.S. in June and be available all summer.
The Friday Reddit memo provides basic information regarding the rumored release. It appears that the Strawberry Frosty will be available
on June 6 and followed by a free frosty deal on July 4. With Wendy's app purchases, consumers get a free any-size frosty.
Another memo revelation? Because of the new flavor, Wendy's will temporarily remove the Vanilla Frosty
off its dessert menu. To continue the strawberry theme, the chain will bring back its Summer Strawberry Salad for a limited time.
Fans have been speculating about Wendy's Strawberry Frosty release, but no official statement has been made. Another Reddit post said that
the Strawberry Frosty would "hit Wendy's nationwide in early June." The rumor mill began on Monday, before the letter.
On Facebook and TikTok, similar announcements emerged simultaneously. Frosty fans shared their thoughts on Twitter, unsure of the news.
