Fast food fans who love fried sides are in luck. Burger King now offers onion rings and fries in one package.
Customers may now buy both rings and standard fries as one side with the fast-food chain's new "Have-sies" option.
Previously known as "Fries n' Rings," Burger King's new Have-sies underwent testing in Miami and Fort Lauderdale in July and will be available at most locations by October 12.
Burger King announced that the new side will be distributed nationally, so consumers may try this combination next week. Burger King's new rings-and-fries combination may not be sold worldwide.
Burger King started advertising "have it your way." in the 1970s. Since then, Burger King has released several Whopper-focused meal combos.
In an October 4 news release, Burger King North America Chief Marketing Officer noted, "Burger King is dedicated to letting guests 'have it thier way,' and
while the flame-grilled Whopper sandwich frequently serves as the star of its show, that also includes side options when ordering combo meals."
No more "Have-sies" pairs have been disclosed, but the twist may lead to more.
