High Knees:

Begin by performing a push-up. In a running motion, alternate bringing your knees to your chest while keeping your upper body stable. This works your core and gets your heart rate up.

Begin with standing, then crouch fast, place your hands on the ground, and kick your feet back into a plank posture.

Burpees:

Perform a push-up, then hop your feet back to your hands and leap into the air, stretching your arms aloft.

Grab a jump rope and skip in place if you have enough room. It's a traditional aerobic workout that's both effective and enjoyable.
